Purchasing of «Super drill»

At the beginning of January 2019 UPRZ LLC purchased high-speed drilling electro erosion machine with CNC model SJD703Z, produced in China («Super drill») for tool-making facilities.

This machine is meant to high-speed manufacturing of deep holes (as through as blind) small diameter in conductive parts made from treated high-tensile stainless steel, hard alloy metals and common constructional materials, where traditional mechanical processing is impossible.

The machine is able to produce holes with diameter of 0,5 mm, 1,00 mm, 2,00 mm and a depth of holes up to 350 mm in parts up to 400х300 in a short period of time.

General application of the machine:

- production of starting holes for the following electro erosive wire-cut processing;

-manufacturing of lock holes for screws;

-performance of special tasks.
