Training session «Capable leader»

On the 30^th March and 6^th April the training «Capable leader» was held for the managerial personnel, consisting of 16 persons, with the participation of the director, deputy directors, managers of workshops, departments and sites. The training was conducted under the contract with the Higher School of Management of ULSTU.

During the training tests were carried out, basic principles for evaluation were identified, so each of the trainees evaluated their management style.

Then, verbal and nonverbal means to achieve the goals of capable leader were proposed. As a result, the participants of the training received the full picture, which is necessary for the effective management of staff at the manufacturing site.
