Die for the Leaf Product

This detail has a high difficulty of building a mathematical model (modelling of working parts and their joining), it’s difficult to manually take measurements because of the difficult geometry of the leaf. Provided there is a good mathematical model it isn’t difficult to create a die (you need a mathematical model, a good CNC machine and processing of shaping parts). Creation of a mathematical model for a complex blueprint with many different measurements shows the high skill of the modelling engineer.
