Purchase of two IMM Haitian MARS II

On the 22nd of December 2017 two new automatic molding machines, produced by Haitian (China, PRC), which has been producing injection molding machines since 1966 and for today it is one of the leading manufacturers in the world, were installed at UPRZ LLC. Injection molding machines IMM Haitian MARS II International MA1600 II /600 (screw B-type) MARS II series belong to energy-efficient series of IMM (economy of energy is up to 80%) with extended precision, servo-operated.

Technical characteristics:
Injection capacity- 320 cm3

Weight-moulded shot (PS) -291 g

Clamping force- 1600 kN.

Design features of screw-and-barrel of one of the new injection molding machines are meant to use a specific material- PMMA, dacryl. Parts will be made of better quality and with high productivity.

The second injection molding machine is multi-operated, designed for casting of various polymer materials, mainly KS.

UPRZ LLC continues the systematic renewal of the equipment park, striving to produce more qualified products and save recourses.
