The development of tooling for folding chairs

The professionals of UPRZ developed and produced tooling for production of folding chairs «Country» by order of the partner Ulpromplast LLC. This model is a novelty for Russian production of this type of goods. The back and seat are made of non-toxic plastic, and the frame is made of a metal tube with a diameter of 25 mm, a durable polymer coating provides protection from corrosion, which allows it to be used outdoors. The chair is easily transformed and convenient for use and transportation, with a weight of 4 kg it can withstand a maximum permissible load of 150 kg.
